Commercial Lines Department

Position: Commercial Lines Services Supervisor

 

This position entails supervising 12 Account Managers/CSR's and 3 processors in our Commercial Insurance Department. We need someone with proven supervisory capabilities. Strong TAM (Agency Manager) knowledge is a must.

The successful candidate must have great people skills and motivational abilities. A team player with organizational skills are essential. This position is supervisory but will not be limited exclusively to that role. A willingness to take on other responsibilities and challenges as necessary is required. Experience or interest in Commercial Lines Marketing, including working on insurance programs, is an asset.

Some of the supervisory duties will include review of performance, salary reviews, workflows, managing vacation, sick days, etc. Salary negotiable depending on experience and abilities.

Personal Lines Department

Position: Personal Lines Producer (Account Executive - Sales)
