Account Executive/Senior Marketing Manager
Bruce has spent forty-eight years in the general insurance
field. In the first ten years of his career, he was
a senior Property & Casualty underwriter with
Guardian Insurance Company (now Intact Insurance). In 1969, he
was transferred to Ottawa to run the Property/Casualty Department
of Guardian Royal Exchange's new Ottawa Branch. In 1973,
he joined the retail sector of insurance and has been
servicing major clients for the past thirty-eight years.
As a generalist, he has had extensive experience servicing clients
in the financial services, business, non-profit organizations as
well as government accounts. He has served several senior
roles with a major international insurance brokerage
firm including Branch Manager . Much of his experience
included tailoring creative insurance programs to meet the unique
needs of specific clients.
Bruce is licensed by the Registered Insurance Brokers of
Ontario (RIBO) and has earned accreditation as an
Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada (AIIC).
In his brokering capacities, his responsibilities for your
program will involve working with the account executive and
the client to understand the intricacies of your business in order
to assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of a
cost-effective insurance program that meets the
client's needs.
