Karen started her insurance career in 1990 and joined Rhodes
& Williams Insurance in 2002. Personal Lines is where she
got her start, but she has since moved to Commercial Lines as an
Account Manager. Her duties extend to the review of your policy
documents, preparation of correspondence, Certificates of
Insurance, customer inquiries, claim reporting and marketing, along
with all other insurance inquiries.
Karen also manages the Credit Insurance Program, helping
companies guarantee their accounts receivable against bad debt.
In addition to the education required for her broker's license,
Karen is working towards completing her CAIB designation.
Outside of the office, Karen is continuing her quest to travel
the world!
