Services Supervisor
Kathy started her insurance career over 30 years
ago with one of the large International Insurers, holding positions
in personal lines, commercial lines, marketing and management. She
is the past chair of the Insurance Institute of Ottawa and of the
Marketing Representatives Assoc. and served on several other
insurance related boards.
Kathy has her BA from the University of NB and completed her
CIP, winning the award for the second highest mark in the province.
She also received the award for the highest standing for a first
year student in the program. In 1999, she completed her FCIP
designation with a Management Major and won the Centenary
Excellence Award for the Top Student in Canada and with that came
two local awards for the Top Student in Ottawa.
Kathy joined the Rhodes & Williams team in January 2011 as
the Commercial Lines Services Supervisor. She oversees the day to
day operations of the Account Managers, Portfolio Managers and the
Technical Assistants.
Kathy is an avid golfer and has had the pleasure of playing St.
Andrews, Scotland - the old and new course. She also enjoys keeping
active, travelling and spending time with her family.
