How to Submit an Insurance Claim

If possible, we feel that it would be in your best interest to contact your Rhodes & Williams insurance broker.  When accidents happen, it is a very stressful time for you or your business.  We would like to help you through that process and get things back on track as quickly as possible.  Part of the value of having a professional insurance broker working for you, is the information and counsel we can provide in the event of a claim.  We will advise you on exactly what the next steps are to ensure that your insurance claim runs smoothly.

How to Proceed:

During Business Hours:

To submit an insurance claim during business hours, please call us:

Ottawa: 613-226-6590
Toll-Free: 888-391-8379

Toronto: 905-513-7600

After Hours:

We understand that accidents can happen at any hour of the day and any day of the week.  If it is after hours and an emergency situation occurs where you need immediate assistance, call Rhodes & Williams at 613-226-6590 or 1-888-391-8379 for a recorded message with further directions.

Many of our insurance companies also have an after hours insurance claims phone number.  If you wish, you can contact your insurance provider directly, however please be aware that in this case, you are speaking with the insurance company directly, and not your Broker.  Of course, if you need our help, we are just a phone call away.

The Claims Process

Claims are a stressful time.  We have helped clients through the process many times, so please do not be shy.  Give us a call if you have questions, or simply to discuss what you can expect.

The video below was produced by the Insurance Bureau of Canada.  Watching it will give you a bit of insight to the claims process.

I would recommend Rhodes & Williams' services to any person requiring insurance, as anyone may enter into a contract with Rhodes & Williams without any reservation about their integrity and their loyalty to their clients.
