I have asked many, many, many, many questions of my account executive over an 8 month period as I sought to buy my first car. She cheerfully and patiently answered all of them to my satisfaction (before I was a customer) when other companies left me wanting. And she diligently worked with me to help complete the paperwork on two occasions: one a near purchase that I had to cancel and another the actual purchase that I am very, very happy with.
